Yes, in your dashboard in the menu you can find the tab “Locations” you can add as many as you like.
When you add or edit a product you can just tag the location where you want to display the product. This way you don’t have to have multiple copies of the same product.

Is it possible to add a QR per table?

Yes, you can add as many tables to your menu as you like.
In your dashboard in the menu you can find the tab to Print your QR’s here you will see the QR images of your tables.

When your customer scans a QR code of a table, it will open the menu and select the table automatically for them.
